The Puerto Rican bar scene has evolved over the last few years, going from frozen daquiris to flamed/smoked Old Fashions. Discover the development of the island’s local bar scene and the history and traditions of classic Puerto Rican cocktails, the Piña Colada, Coquito, Chichaito. You’ll also learn about two local spirits: Pitorro, the famous moonshine, and the fermented beverage known as Mavi, a spirit coaxed from tree bark.
