We put on our hiking boots and hit the Texas trails to find unique ingredients and flavors most people don't know of hidden in plain sight. In this seminar we will discuss and taste many wild edibles native to the Lone Star State landscape and of course drink some original cocktails created with them. We'll discuss ingredients like: Prickly Pear Cactus, Mustang Grapes, Mesquite Beans, Wild Radish, Wild Persimmon, Chile Pequin Pepper, Hackberries, Dandelion Flowers, Agarita, Cattail, Sunflowers, Pecans.... and the list goes on.
