Tahj Selectman is born and raised in Kansas City, MO, and started cooking at the age of 12. Tahj got her creative style from her Grandmother Mrs. Rita Dancer. Tahj has a long list of evpierience from fast food to five star dining. Tahj has a passion for creating different flavors and spices that will keep your mouth sweet, spicy and craving the next bite! Tahj has partnered up with other like minded cooks and created Kis Kitchen Keeping it Simple! Tahj plans to continue to dazzle guests with her infamous Sautee Shrimp, Citantro Lime Shrimp Coctails, and KC Brisquet. Tahj moved to the San Antonio area in 2014 and quickly began planning for success!
