Chef Pieter Sypesteyn serves up modern New Orleans cuisine in a charming cottage located in historic Tobin Hill. He is a 7th generation Texan that was born & raised in New Orleans. Chef Pieter showcases the cultural complexity of New Orleans through his food using seasonal ingredients found in Texas and the Gulf Coast. In addition to being the Owner and Executive Chef of Cookhouse, Sypesteyn also owns NOLA Brunch & Beignets and Bud’s Southern Rotisserie.
