Lee Edwards

Growing up in small market (Little Rock, AR) in the mid-south, Lee Edwards always looked externally for beverage inspiration. Initially, fine wine importers set him on the sommelier path, but a few years later the cocktail world caught his attention- and his heart. From serving, to bartending, always interspersed with spells of management, Lee always strove for excellence and authenticity, a road which led him to Eric Seed and Haus Alpenz.
