Spirit Sponsorship Opportunities

Spirit Sponsorship Information and Forms for SACC 2020 are available here. Please read the packet thoroughly before filling out the Sponsorship Form (2 pages!) and returning it to us. 

There are also opportunities beyond the Headliner Events and Program Sponsorships and we can discuss those too! SACC has space available in other locations and at other times. Additionally this year the St. Anthony Hotel has put together a list of available space for sponsorship outside the events already included in our SACC portfolio. Paired Dinners

When Houston Street Charities puts on the San Antonio Cocktail Conference each January, it is the Paired Dinners that usher in the start of the conference, featuring some of the best restaurants in San Antonio and giving patrons a chance to enjoy craft cocktails in a more intimate dining experience. This year, all Paired Dinners will be held citywide on ONE NIGHT ONLY - Wednesday, January 15, 2020. It's SACC Restaurant Night! This is an opportunity for restaurants to showcase their best, offering a multi-course dinner paired with a specific spirit. Information and forms will be available soon - please check back after July 15.

Prep Team Opportunities


Every cocktail served - every drop of juice, syrup, bitters and booze - at an official SACC event is possible only through the efforts of this crew of over 68 carefully chosen industry professionals. "A week of hard work.. self growth and personal development" - past Prep Team members agree this is an unforgettable experience!

You will have specific obligations and responsibilities – please consider them carefully before applying for this position.

You must arrive no later than 3pm CST on Monday, January 13, 2020. (leadership - Sunday, January 12, 2020)

You may depart from San Antonio no earlier than Monday, January 20, 2020.

You will be provided with double occupancy accommodations for the dates outlined above (you will be assigned a roommate from among your fellow team members), meals during the working hours, and lots of great goodies throughout the week. We also provide a nominal travel stipend.

Media Inquiries

All members of the media should be on assignment to cover San Antonio Cocktail Conference 2020 in order to be credentialed. If you are a freelance journalist, your application will need to include those outlets you work with most often. Photographers must be on assignment. Requests for accreditation will only be considered if submitted via this official process. Only actively covering, legitimate media will be considered for credentials. Market Researchers, Media Sales, Marketing/Advertising firms, Brand Content Producers, Public Relations Firms, etc. are not included in the SACC definition of accredited media. If you fall into this category, but are a contributor to an outlet that meets our qualifications, you must be on assignment. San Antonio Cocktail Conference reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation. The decision made by SACC will be considered final and cannot be appealed. Credential forms for SACC 2020 will be available in November. Volunteer Opportunities

SACC volunteers are needed every year in varying positions from taking tickets to busing tables and refreshing supplies. Our success is built on the work we do together! 

If you are interested in being a part of our Volunteer Team, forms will be available to be completed online in November.
