How do I get tickets?

Tickets to seminars, tastings and events can be purchased by clicking on SCHEDULE and selecting what you're interested in attending. Each individual event will have a BUY TICKETS button. You can only order tickets for one person at a time, but you can purchase tickets for multiple events for that single user.

What do I wear?

San Antonio Cocktail Conference events are festive and fun, so be sure to dress for a party! You will see all kinds of Cocktail Conference attire - best to judge by the venue of the event. Wear whatever you would wear if you were attending something at that venue on any other night. (remember to dress for the weather on Wednesday at La Villita and Saturday on Houston Street)

Will my tickets be mailed to me?

Your tickets into the events and seminars at San Antonio Cocktail Conference can be printed at home, or downloaded on your mobile device. Tickets will be checked at the door and ALL ATTENDEES' WILL HAVE PROOF OF AGE ID CHECKED BEFORE BEING GIVEN AN SACC WRISTBAND. To get through the line quicker at events, please plan to pick up a wristband in advance at COCKTAIL CONFERENCE CENTRAL, located on Houston Street just inside the Valencia Room of the Valencia Hotel. 

Open Jan. 11-14 from 10:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. each day, Cocktail Conference Central is your go-to spot, the place to find out Who, What, When, Where and How to do it! In addition to picking up other tickets, merchandise and books, we will host cocktail service from 10:30 am to 1 p.m. and again from 2 – 4:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. 

Remember:  Early pick-up of your wristband will make your entrance into parties easier - all participants will have ID checked before being given a wristband; get yours earlier and get through line quicker on party night! 

What if I want to pick up tickets for a friend?

You must present a proof of age ID for EACH wristband you are picking up, either by showing an actual ID or a photocopy or image of an ID on your phone—this is mandatory.

For example, you and your 3 besties are attending an evening party and you are responsible for picking up the wristbands in advance.” You must show 4 IDs to obtain 4 wristbands. This is to help you – once you have your SACC credentials, you will enter all of the events with ease and you are good to go all weekend long!

Do I have to be 21 to attend a Cocktail Conference event?

Yes.

What does the ticket price include?

Your ticket price includes all of the craft cocktails and culinary bites from the participating spirits and chefs at an event. You can enjoy as many or as much as you want. The experience also includes live music throughout each venue.

How much are tickets?

Event tickets begin at $50 and seminar tickets begin at $45. A Tasting Suites Pass is $45 and entitles you to visit all of the Tasting Suites on Saturday, January 14.

How long are seminars?

Each seminar is one hour and 15 minutes long. There is ample time between seminars to get from one location to another. Longer trips between seminar venues can be reached via Double Decker bus. There is a Cocktail Conference Double Decker bus loop that will stop at each location every 30 minutes.

Do you offer media passes?

You can apply for media credentials by clicking on PARTICIPATE and contacting one of our Media representatives listed under MEDIA INQUIRIES.

How do I volunteer?

You can register as a volunteer by clicking on PARTICIPATE and going to the VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES section.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

The San Antonio Cocktail Conference is a charitable event. If you find that you need to change your plans, you can contact us at help@sacocktails.org for an exchange where available. PLEASE - NO REFUNDS.

How can I participate in the Cocktail Conference as a spirit vendor?

You can contact us by clicking on PARTICIPATE and going to the SPIRIT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES section. There you will find a link to a packet of information and the appropriate forms to fill out and submit via email.

Are tickets available at the door?

When tickets don't sell out in advance, they will be available at the door. However, tradition tells us that this is not often the case! 

If you already purchased tickets but did not pick up a wristband in advance at Cocktail Conference Central, you will get your wristband at your first event. This will show each subsequent ticket taker at other events that your ID has already been checked. You don't have to pick up the wristband before the first party you attend, but it's so much easier to do it ahead of time!

What if I'm not a drinker but I want to come with my friends?

Most of the beverages are craft cocktails, but there will be several  non-alcoholic options at every party. And the culinary part of the event is wonderful, so join you friends and enjoy the party. Ticket prices for drinkers and non-drinkers are the same.

What's an easy way to get to/from downtown?

Use Uber, or Lyft, or a cab... or stay downtown at one of our beautiful SACC hotels. Be safe, be responsible!
